About Me
I’m Teresa Williams
a southern-fueled force of nature behind a new wave of education and mental health integration. Part Social Worker, part entrepreneurial architect, and full-time visionary, I’m building the bridge between emotional intelligence and real-world readiness for students, educators, and clinicians alike.
My Background
For over 20 years I’ve served in the field of Human Services for a variety of organizations, agencies, and departments within the Kentucky’s Department of Community Based Services. In my experience I have come to understand now more than ever the need for purposeful and effective design.
Although I have earned a degree in Social Work, I’ve been creative for as long as I can remember and an intuitive style when designing. I have also discovered that I enjoy working independently and I tend to become hyper focused on producing and completing projects. With that said I do enjoy collaboration and am always open to feedback from talented professionals to create projects that achieve set goals.
Whether I’m designing SCORM-ready LMS content, crafting fillable CEO journals for middle schoolers, or hosting hands-on candle-making leadership workshops for Kentucky superintendents — I don't do fluff.
My tools? Empathy, grit, the latest AI tools, behavioral science, and a sixth sense for what underserved systems really need. I blend southern grace with strategic fire. I’m sharp enough to challenge policy, soft enough to understand trauma.
More About Me
I created a curriculum, L.I.T. (Learn. Innovate. Thrive.), isn’t just a program — it’s a movement. Complete with emoji-based check-ins, trauma-informed SEL integrations, and real-world entrepreneurship tasks like DIY detergent labs and candle chemistry. My content heals while it builds skills.
While I enjoy creating, I always find a way to incorporate my daughter into my creations. Aubrey, the character in this story, is based on my daughter and who is the inspiration and reason for all that I do.
